I want to share with the world that the Quest Workspaces Operations Managers and Senior Community Directors were ON FIRE yesterday as we spent the day doing “Sales Training for Non-Salespeople.”  Not only are they definitely NOT non-salespeople, this team proved they are able to handle anything thrown their way, making them The Heartbeat of Your Center (our theme).  I was amazed at how strong they performed during our sales and brainstorming exercises.  WOW – Quest is so lucky to have people like this on our team!

At Quest, we provide on-going training and coaching to our team in all positions. We believe that comprehensive programs coupled with fun off-site experiences will raise the bar and produce happy employees. After the OM/Sr. CD training meeting, they enjoyed an Escape Room teambuilding event in Plantation, FL, and topped off the day with delicious food and drink at The Grand Lux restaurant in Sawgrass.
