MIAMI-It’s the holiday season, and that means more companies are in the giving mood. Quest Workspaces is no exception. The Miami executive office suites provider is donating rent-free office space, virtual offices and conference rooms to local non-profits and charities at its new serviced office center in downtown Coral Gables.
“Quest is not only about providing flexible private and virtual offices, we focus on bringing our clients together to help each other with business networking, moral support, and providing the tools needed to fulfill one’s professional and personal goals,” says Laura Kozelouzek, president and CEO of Quest Workspaces.
Located at 2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard across from the Prudential Life Insurance building, the new, 22,702-square-foot class A office space offers furnished turn-key offices complete with professional receptionists, concierge services, state-of-the-art technology and 24/7 managed IT infrastructure. This is a prominent location in Coral Gables.
Paid tenants at the Coral Gables facility can tap into the promise of the executive office suites industry of flexible leasing. Quest Workspaces offers leases as short as one week and as long as three years. Clients can move in within 24 hours. But non-profits can apply for free office space through Dec. 15. Qualified organizations are public charities whose funding comes from contributions, private foundations, grants, and government sources.
“By alleviating some of the financial burden of real estate, these organizations can better focus on helping the community-at-large,” Kozelouzek says. “Providing a home for these charities reminds us all that helping others is the best way to feel alive and inspired with possibility. In addition, the Quest client community is made up well-connected successful professionals that can lend resources and a helping hand.”
Quest Workspaces, which also has a location in Ft. Lauderdale, is decked out its new Coral Gables executive office suites with modern interior design, ergonomic furniture and walls adorned in artwork by local artists. Spacious, touchdown workspaces and a fully stocked coffee bar and “Mojito Room” were specially designed to provide a great place to socialize, network or just relax.
“Nonprofits face increasing pressure by donors to operate more like businesses, and a lot of charities don’t succeed because their resources are tied up in overhead,” says Terri Cooper, founder of Yoga Gangsters, a Miami-based, non-profit organization that serves people at risk or in crisis through the practice of yoga. “Taking advantage of rent-free, office space is a creative way for charities to spend less to raise more, thereby maximizing the resources devoted to their programs.”
Quest Workspaces corporate team and current tenants will choose candidates will based on the delivery of the greatest good to the local community. Non-profits interested in the free office space can fill out a short questionnaire available online.
