Quest Workspaces leases space in Coral Gables, Fort Lauderdale

Quest Workspaces has leased a total of 40,140 square feet in Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale valued at $9.1 million.

Lance A. Benson, VP with the Tenant Advisory Group at Grubb & Ellis, represented Quest in the $6.2 million lease on 22,702 square feet on Class A office space at 2525 Ponce de Leon at Coral Gables.

Grubb & Ellis also brokered the $2.9 million lease of $17,708 square feet of Class A office space at 101 N.E. Third Ave. in downtown Fort Lauderdale, Quest President and CEO Laura Kozelouzek said.

Quest offers furnished turnkey offices for lease from one week to three years, and virtuals offices starting at $99 a month.
