CBS 4 Charity Interview with Quest Workspaces

Quest Workspaces is donating downtown office space, virtual offices, mail box access and conference room rentals to local non-profits and charities at their new executive business center in Coral Gables. The 22,702 square feet of Class A office space is located at 2525 Ponce de Leon Boulevard across from Prudential Life Insurance building.

After filling out a short questionnaire, candidates will be chosen by a panel of QUEST’s corporate team and current tenants. Organizations to receive free space will be chosen based on who provides the greatest good to the local community. Deadline for applications is Dec. 1, 2011.

“The backbone of Quest is forming communities and helping each other out with business networking, morale support and the tools needed to fulfill one’s professional and personal goals,” said Laura Kozelouzek, president and chief executive officer, Quest Workspaces. “We wanted to launch this campaign to provide non-profits and charities with the same luxurious corporate amenities and prestigious, downtown office address typically enjoyed only by organizations with larger operating budgets. By alleviating some of the financial burden of real estate, these organization can better focus on helping the community-at-large.
