MIAMI – Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE), a leading real estate services and investment firm, today announced that it represented the business center operator Quest Workspaces in the long-term lease of 22,702 square feet of Class A office space at 2525 Ponce de Leon Blvd.
