Business center operator Quest Workspaces has signed a long-term lease for 22,702 square feet of Class A office space at 2525 Ponce de Leon Blvd.
Lance A. Benson, VP of the Tenant Advisory Group at Grubb & Ellis represented Quest Workspaces in the transaction.
Quest’s office programs are designed to support companies of all sizes and stages by offering office space with no startup capital required; virtual office plans for home-based and mobile workers; conference rooms and lounges for rental; and staffed reception areas.
Quest has three locations: the Espirito Santo Plaza on Brickell Avenue, the 1200 Building in Boca Raton, and the new 2525 Ponce de Leon space in Coral Gables.
“In addition to the best-in-class flexible workplace solutions we provide, this location makes our executive suites the best option for individuals and small companies seeking the kind of high-image corporate amenities typically enjoyed only by bigger companies,” said Laura Kozelouzek, president and chief executive officer, Quest Workspaces, about the new space.
“Given the influx of multinational corporations opening offices in South Florida and its reputation as a destination city to both live and work, Coral Gables gives Quest Workspaces access to the demographic that would most benefit from the flexible workspace model Quest has developed,” said Benson, in a statement.
