Quest Workspaces signs long-term lease at Miami’s Espirito Santo

With flex office space growing in demand, Quest Workspaces has signed a long-term, $7 million lease for 31,738 square feet in Miami’s Espirito Santo Building.

The lease is an expansion from 18,000 square feet.

Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Executive Managing Director Lance Benson represented Quest in the lease at the iconic 36-story, Class A office tower at 1395 Brickell Ave. Andrew Trench of Taylor & Mathis represented the landlord, Estoril Inc.

“Start-ups, small firms and many national companies desire a Miami address, and Quest provides a turnkey solution for establishing a high-profile presence in this gateway market,” Benson said.

Quest has occupied the Espirito Santo Building since 2010 and currently has more than 200 clients operating out of the center.

“We are ecstatic that this expansion will help even more companies establish their businesses in South Florida,” said Laura Kozelouzek, president and chief executive officer of Quest Workspaces.

Quest offers furnished offices that are move-in ready within 24 hours, flexible leasing from one week to three years, professionally staffed reception, concierge services, state-of-the-art technology and 24/7 managed IT infrastructure. In addition, Quest offers virtual offices starting at $99 per month, as well as meeting rooms and lounges.

A special edition of the Business Journal on Aug. 23 will take an in-depth look at the Brickell market.
