Business center operator Quest Workspaces signed 15 new tenant leases in December totaling more than 5,000 square feet at its four centers. The Early Learning Coalition signed one of the largest, at 1,120 square feet.
Quest offers furnished turnkey offices for lease from one week to three years, and virtual offices starting at $99 a month.
The Business Journal wrote about Quest’s leasing of a total of 40,410 square feet in Coral Gables and Fort Lauderdale valued at $9.1 million.
In addition to its space in Miami’s Espirito Santo Plaza, 395 Brickell Ave., Quest has business center operations in the 2525 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables; in the 1200 Corporate Place building, 1200 N. Federal Hwy., in Boca Raton; and in the 101 Tower, 101 NE 3rd Ave., in Fort Lauderdale.
Other tenants that signed in December include: Quest Software, which leased 175 square feet; Heyer & Associates, which leased 100 square feet; All Covered Inc, an IT support company that leased 145 square feet; Communikas, a full-service business to business marketing and printing service that leased 100 square feet; Bastian Trading, which leased 100 square feet; Lawline.com, which leased 130 square feet; Broadstreet Metals Inc., a precious metals broker, which leased 360 square feet; Florida Men’s Clinic, which leased 1,430 square feet; Krause Management, a wealth management and employee benefits planning firm, which leased 280 square feet; Synergistic Healthcare, which leased 130 square feet; CJC Consulting, which leased 285 square feet; Stratcon Solutions, which leased 410 square feet; Vapor International, which leased 165 square feet.; and Pronto Process, which leased 165 square feet.
Laura Kozelouzek, president and CEO of Quest Workspaces, said leasing activity is expected to improve in 2012.
“For international trade, the Quest advantage is that a company from Latin America, Europe or across the globe can establish a physical or virtual business identity in the United States within 24 hours,” Kozelouzek said.
