Quest Donates 12-Month Lease Of Class-A Office Space On Brickell

Quest Workspaces is donating rent-free office space, virtual offices, touchdown space and conference room rentals to local non-profits and charities for 12 months at its new business center on Brickell Avenue.

Located on the entire fourth floor of the SunTrust Building, the new center at 777 Brickell Ave. features more than 90 offices and offers flexible workspace solutions that cater to companies of all sizes from start-ups to global brands.

To apply for the charity space, organizations whose funding comes from contributions, private foundations, grants and government sources, simply fill out a short questionnaire available online at https://questworkspaces.com/. Candidates will be chosen by a panel of Quest’s corporate team and current tenants based on the delivery of the greatest good to the local community.

Since 2010, Quest has carved a niche in commercial real estate with innovative, shared office space solutions that feature both multi-purpose client lounges and open spaces for socializing, networking and collaboration as well as closed offices and conference rooms for uninterrupted privacy. Move-in ready offices allow speed to market within 24 hours and tenants benefit from a professionally staffed reception, concierge services, state-of-the-art technology, 24/7 managed IT infrastructure and gourmet coffee bar.

Quest is focused on bridging the gap between coworking spaces and executive offices. 777 Brickell is an evolution of that mindset and represents a new trend in hybrid coworking spaces that blend together different workspace elements to accommodate various networks, enterprises and work flow.
