Executive Profile: Laura Kozelouzek on working hard and having fun

In a business world riddled with debt, Quest CEO, Laura Kozelouzek, has taken a $50,000 down payment and has grown Quest Workspaces into a profitable network of 13 locations across Florida and New York City.

Saying that Laura has always been entrepreneurial is an understatement. She started her first ‘job’ serving coffee to motorists waiting for gas during the gas crisis of the 1970s. It’s no surprise she’s found success in an industry that directly serves the needs of entrepreneurs of all shapes and sizes.

Growing up lower-middle class, Laura learned the most valuable lesson of all - Everything is earned through hard work, creativity, and drive. That hustle helped her pay her way through school and has carried over into every aspect of her business and personal life.

That drive shows in Laura’s love for life every day. From jet skiing to lunch in high heels one day, to visiting one of her centers. Wherever Laura goes, there’s a contagious energy that follows.

They say company culture comes from the top, and the growing network of Quest employees and members can back that up. With 3 more coworking centers set to open in the tri-county region this year, there’s plenty more to get excited about here at Quest.
