Miami, FL (September 2012 ) – Quest Workspaces has renovated and remodeled its Boca Raton office to cater to a growing client roster and has signed 3,000 sqft. in new commercial leases.

For more than 20 years, the iconic office building at 1200 N. Federal Highway has been a busting Boca Raton business hub.  In 2010, Quest took over the lease of the 19,393 square-foot business center and updated the space with luxurious amenities, flexible floor plans and state-of-the-art technology.

The two-month renovation included a build out of six new offices, two luxury conference rooms, chic ergonomic office furniture, custom carpeting, a modern reception area, a state-of-the-art kitchen and multi-purpose client lounges for social and professional gatherings.

With four locations throughout South Florida and a new center opening this month in New York City, the independently owned and operated Quest is carving a unique niche in commercial leasing with the company’s innovative, shared office space programs and networking culture designed to cater to an evolved clientele of small and large companies.

This month, Quest leased more than 2,500 sqft. of space to Miller & O’Neill andMcClosky, D’Anna and Dieterle law firms which were displaced by a flood at another building and needed immediate office space during the transition. Additional new tenants include It’s All Good Foods with a 221 sqft. lease and Prescott Investors with a 115.5 sqft lease.

Quest offers furnished turn-key offices that are move-in ready within 24 hours, flexible leasing from one week to three years, professionally staffed reception, concierge services, state-of-the-art technology and 24/7 managed IT infrastructure. In addition, Quest offers virtual offices starting at $99 per month.

“With Quest, we are revolutionizing the way people conduct business by creating a unique office space environment with professional substance, style and culture,” said Laura Kozelouzek, president and chief executive officer, Quest Workspaces.  “We have identified the winning formula by offering clients flexible space and leasing options in distinguished upscale buildings with luxurious amenities and services while fostering a creative and collaborative environment of public and private spaces that attracts like-minded professionals.”

A pioneer in the shared office space arena, Laura Kozelouzek founded Synergy Workplaces in 2004 and grew the company in three short years to 25 national locations, representing more than 500,000 sqft. and producing more than $25 million in sales with more than 100 employees.  She sold the company in 2008 to Preferred Offices, founded by Chairman, Oliver T. Carr, Jr., the former Chairman of Carr America.
