On May 8th, The Women's Edge hosted their annual Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Florida luncheon, bringing together some of the most accomplished and inspiring female leaders across the state. Quest Workspaces was honored to be named #39 on the prestigious list, recognizing the company’s consistent growth, innovation, and impact under the leadership of CEO and founder Laura Kozelouzek.
As the largest woman-owned and woman-led coworking company in the United States, Quest Workspaces continues to set the standard for excellence in flexible office solutions. With a mission rooted in empowering professionals and building thriving communities, Quest's inclusion on this list is a testament to the strength and dedication of its leadership and team.
Representing Quest at the event were Carye Farrell, General Manager of West Palm Beach, and Amanda Medeiros, General Manager of Boca Raton—two long-standing leaders within the organization. Their presence underscored the company’s deep bench of strong, capable women who embody the Quest spirit across every location.
Laura Kozelouzek shared her pride in receiving the honor, stating, “Being recognized among the top women-led businesses in Florida is both humbling and energizing. It reinforces our commitment to growth, leadership, and creating spaces where people—and especially women—can thrive.”
This recognition from The Women’s Edge marks another milestone in Quest Workspaces’ 15-year journey of breaking barriers and redefining what it means to lead with purpose, passion, and impact.
