For a sales team that spends most of the week on the road, a full-time lease in Doral is paying for empty desks. Quest Workspaces at Two Doral Center gives those teams a professional base instead: coworking for the days reps are in, a private office for the manager, and meeting rooms for the weekly team session.

A typical Doral sales team might start Monday with a pipeline meeting in a conference room, spend Tuesday through Thursday visiting accounts, and come back Friday to catch up on paperwork at coworking desks. The manager keeps a private office for one-on-ones and confidential calls. Mail, packages, and visiting clients are handled by Quest's front desk all week.
That pattern matches how South Florida is shopping for space. Flex space made up 49.8% of all commercial tenant searches in the region in Q3 2026, and 55.8% of office searches sought terms under a year (TenantBase).
Geography. Doral sits beside the SR 836 and SR 826 interchange, so reps reach Miami Beach, Kendall, Hialeah, and Broward without crossing downtown traffic. Airport/Doral captured 24.3% of Miami-Dade's office leasing in Q2 2026 (CBRE), so your customers are likely nearby too.
Questers at Two Doral can also book rooms at Quest Doral, which is useful when a larger training session needs a bigger space.
Can a team share coworking memberships in Doral? Ask the center about team plans; coworking and day offices can be combined to fit a rotating schedule.
Is there a conference room for weekly team meetings? Yes. Meeting rooms at Two Doral can be booked by the hour, including recurring slots.
What is the difference between Quest Doral and Two Doral? They are separate buildings a few minutes apart with the same Quest services, giving Doral teams two locations to choose from.
